Terms and Conditions

Tanaw Car Rental and Tours is a car and driver service based in Quezon, Bukidnon, serving Bukidnon and destinations across Mindanao. Every booking includes a professional driver. We do not offer self drive rentals, so the vehicle is always operated by our assigned driver.

A booking request submitted through our website, Facebook Messenger, email, or phone is a request only. It is not confirmed until we confirm availability and you agree to the price we quote.

Prices depend on your destination, dates, pickup and drop off points, and the vehicle you choose. We give you a fixed quote before you confirm, so the agreed price is the price for that trip unless the trip details change.

Payment is arranged directly with us as agreed when you confirm your booking, for example through GCash or bank transfer. A reservation may require a deposit or advance payment to secure your dates. We do not collect card payments through this website.

We hand over the vehicle with a full tank, and we ask that you return it with a full tank of the same fuel. Because we are based in Quezon, Bukidnon, the fuel used to bring the vehicle from our base to your pickup point, and back, forms part of the fuel to be replaced for your rental. We explain this clearly before you confirm. Any other trip conditions are agreed with you at the time of booking.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please tell us as early as possible. The terms for changes, cancellations, and any refund of a deposit or advance payment are those agreed with you at the time of booking. Trips may also be affected by events beyond anyone's control, such as weather, road conditions, or flight delays, and we will work with you to reschedule where we can.

When you book with us, you agree to:

• give accurate booking and contact details, including correct flight information for airport transfers;
• be ready at the agreed pickup point and time;
• treat the vehicle and the driver with care and respect;
• return the vehicle with a full tank as described above;
• take care of your own personal belongings during the trip; and
• use our service only for lawful purposes.

For the safety of our passengers, driver, and vehicle, we may refuse or end a trip if there is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or threatening behavior, or if a passenger is unfit to travel. In such cases, service may be stopped without a refund, to the extent allowed by law.

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, missed flights or connections, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or acts of third parties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any trip is limited to the amount you paid us for that trip. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

Tanaw Car Rental and Tours operates only through this website (www.tanawrentals.com.ph), our official Facebook page tanawcarrentalsofficial, and our official contact number 0993 791 1376. We are not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any other company, individual, or similarly named business. Any bookings, payments, or transactions made outside these official channels are not our responsibility.

Our website may link to third-party sites and services, such as Facebook or map providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The content on this website, including text, images, and the Tanaw Car Rental and Tours name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to them or to our service shall be handled by the proper courts of Bukidnon, Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and the version posted here at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
