We only collect information that we need to respond to you and to provide our service. This includes:

• Information you give us when you send a booking request or contact us through our website form, Facebook Messenger, email, or phone. This may include your name, contact number, email address, pickup and drop off points, travel dates, number of passengers, and any details in your message.
• Trip information needed to carry out your booking, such as your itinerary and special requests.
• Basic technical information, such as your device and browser type and the pages you view, which may be collected automatically through standard web logs or analytics tools to help us keep the site working and improve it.

We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or online banking details. Any payment is arranged directly between you and us, for example through GCash or bank transfer, using those providers' own channels.

• respond to your inquiries and prepare a quote;
• confirm, arrange, and carry out your booking, including coordinating your vehicle and driver;
• contact you about your trip, such as pickup details or changes;
• keep records of bookings and payments; and

• with the driver and staff assigned to your trip, so they can carry it out;

We keep your information only for as long as needed to serve you, to keep proper booking and financial records, and to meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
